Yamba Golf & Country Club staff are keen on learning!
We currently have 7 staff undertaking major industry studies, with 2 others recently completing their formal qualifications.
General Manager Luke Stephenson says “Educating our staff is of paramount importance. Having come through the Club industry myself within clubs that had strong training ethics, I recognize the importance of relevant ongoing industry education. The Board and Management are committed and invested in a strong training program and culture to give our staff opportunity for self improvement which in turn benefits our club with highly skilled and trained staff. We are proud to be one of the major employers in Yamba, with 45 staff on the books, and to have 9 of these staff undertaking studies, is fantastic.
Staff are completing Traineeships, Apprenticeships, University Degrees and recognized formal Club Management qualifications.View more News & Promotions
