We will remember them" Lest We Forget. 🌹 We are open from 10am today. Lower Clarence Old Boys will run Two-Up in the Club Auditorium from 1:30pm, funds raised will support Lower Clarence Magpies Football and Yamba RSL.

HOLE 13 - Yamba Golf & Country Club This hole is the ultimate golf course thinking mechanism as it specializes in tree obstructions, the first being a long bank of trees on the left and then two strategically placed trees in the middle of the fairway. During or after wet weather the left hand side beyond the cart path is to be avoided at all costs as water can accumulate in the gutter. The large green is guarded at the front right by a bunker and on almost its entire left side by another. HOLE 5 - Yamba Golf & Country Club This par 4 has a tight dogleg to the left and a water hazard which skirts almost all of the left hand side. A couple of trees and a pandanus has caught out many unsuspecting golfers on the corner before you head to the green. A slight undulation as you approach the green, which has a bunker on the right, needs to be accounted for. Beware of the left hand trees here which lead into out-of-bound territory. Once you’re in the clear, your main goal is to avoid the bunker on the left of the green and, at all costs, be below the flag! HOLE 3 - Yamba Golf and Country Club With a couple of challenges here, this hole can be punishing for those who stray. A right sided water hazard needs to be considered as do the bunkers lying on both sides of the green. Any ball landing softly on the left, front edge of this expansive green is likely to be bunker-bound as the green slopes in this direction.
