Yamba Golf & Country Club is looking for a casual employee to assist in our day-to-day finance and office duties.

Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Applicants must have Bookkeeping and MYOB experience to apply.

Position is currently approx 9 hours per week, with potential to increase in the future.

Duties will include;
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Payroll
• Data Entry
• General Office Duties

Other duties may include;
• Safe Balance, Tills and Floats
• Daily Banking Reconciliations
• BAS
• Maintain Membership Database
• Superannuation
• Reception Relief
